Internship Position | Assistant waiter/waitress
Department: Food & Beverage
Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November)
Your Main Responsibilities
· Support the waiter/waitress in setting up tables with linen, glassware, and silverware
· Ensure the workstation is always clean, organized, and fully stocked
· Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
· Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and appearance
· Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service and create memorable guest experiences
